Can you repair a window screen or do I need a whole new one?
If the frame is straight and the corners are intact, we re-screen it — that is cheaper and just as durable. A bent or broken frame gets replaced with one cut to the same opening.
Do you do whole-house window screen replacement?
Yes, and it is the most cost-effective way to buy screens. Doing every window in one visit brings the per-screen price down substantially versus one-off calls.
Can you make screens for windows that never had them?
Yes. We measure the opening and build frames to fit. Older Florida homes and post-renovation windows often need this.
Do solar screens really lower cooling costs?
Solar screens block 80–90% of the sun's heat before it reaches the glass, so on west and south-facing windows they make a noticeable difference to how hard the A/C works in the afternoon. They do darken the room.
Do you work with property managers and rentals?
